Speaking at the Queen Elizabeth ll Centre he said “we are going to energise the country”, Donald Trump has congratulated Boris Johnson, saying he will be a great leader as UK’s next PM.
A lot of leaders around the world have sent their well wishes to United Kingdom’s new MP. Stacey Johnson (the father of Boris Johnson) said his son is up to the job of being PM because he had a “tough English education” at Eton College.
Now onto UK weather, tonight is set to break records of hottest ever recorded tonight as temperatures are soaring, a heatwave is scorching Britain.
Britain is on the verge of enduring its highest temperature at night ever recorded as the whole country swelters in a heatwave.
Sky weather producer, Joanna Robinson, said that as well as high day time temperatures, we can expect it to be “exceptionally warm at night too, with a 40% chance of breaking the highest overnight minima”, the current night time record, set in Brighton in August 1990, is 23.9C (75F).
South East England is expected to hit 37C on Thursday and Joanna Robinson (98.6F)
Joanna Robinson said: “There is now an 80% chance we’ll break the July temperatures.”
The Met Office has issued an Amber heat alert, the second highest level for the East and South East of England as well as the East Midlands.
