He issued a statement to People saying: “The comments I made were ignorant and insensitive, and I now have a deeper understanding of how hurtful they were” Lopez’s comments were not well received by Extra show producers, who went on to issue their own statement.

The streamer has put out the film’s first official trailer, in the trailer you will notice that they have used de aging technology to make the actors look younger for scenes set in the earlier years of the story. In the Irishman, Robert De Niro plays a world War 2 veteran and Hitman Frank, Al Pacino plays the union leader Hoffa, and Joe Pesci plays a crime family boss, Russell Bufalino.
The Irishman will hit the theatres this fall, with its rich periodic detail, kinetic camerawork and explosive violence, the movie evokes memories of the Scorsese gangster pictures, GoodFellas and Casino, which both stared Robert De Niro and Joe Pesci.
