Scarlett Johanasson’s comments were picked up by the Daily Mail and have already caused an uproar, enough to make the actress release a statement, she let out that the article was edited for click bait and is widely taken out of context.
Onto Wimbledon now, Gustavo Fernandez won the men’s wheelchair singles title. Gustavo Fernandez, Argentinian has added the Wimbledon wheelchair singles title to his Australian and French Open wins after beating the Japanese top seed, Shingo Kunieda. 25-year-old, Gustavo Fernandez, a runner up in 2017 and 2018, could complete a calendar Grand Slam at the US Open.
Fernandez suffered a spinal injury as a young child after falling out of a chair, he was watched as he clinched the title by his professional basketball player brother. He was quoted saying: “it’s an absolute dream come true, it means everything. I never even dreamed it. For it
to come real, it’s overwhelming”.
Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic put on an excellent finals match which was won by Djokovic in the end but he was given a good run for his money by Roger Federer.
It was magical to watch Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic fight it out for the title at Wimbledon.
During the match which went on for five sets, the commentator suggested that Mirka, s wedding ring looked expensive, this comment was passed by Andrew Castle, who is a former tennis player. Some twitter users weren’t happy with his comment.
