A\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki nedenlerden dolay\u0131 herkes lazer g\u00f6z ameliyat\u0131 i\u00e7in uygun de\u011fildir: \u00e7ok ince veya d\u00fczensiz \u015fekilli kornealar, y\u00fcksek k\u0131rma kusuru, dengesiz g\u00f6rme problemleri, kuru g\u00f6zler, 18 ya\u015f\u0131n alt\u0131nda, hamilelik, dejeneratif bozukluklar ve \u00f6nceki lazer g\u00f6z cerrahisi komplikasyonlar\u0131.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Ameliyatlar deneyimli ve yetenekli cerrahlar taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131l\u0131rsa komplikasyonlar nadirdir. Gece s\u00fcr\u00fc\u015f\u00fc s\u0131ras\u0131nda haleler ve parlamalar, kuru g\u00f6z ataklar\u0131, puslu g\u00f6rme ve g\u00f6rme keskinli\u011finin azalmas\u0131 bildirilmi\u015ftir. Bu prosed\u00fcr, hastan\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc daha net ve keskin hale getirmeyi ve hastan\u0131n re\u00e7eteli g\u00f6zl\u00fcklere ve \/ veya kontakt lenslere ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 azaltmay\u0131 ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r. Bu i\u015flem ile cerrah taraf\u0131ndan mikrokeratom b\u0131\u00e7a\u011f\u0131 veya femtosaniye lazer kullan\u0131larak g\u00f6z\u00fcn \u00f6n y\u00fczeyinde ultra ince koruyucu flep olu\u015fturulur. \u0130lk lazer \u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131ndan sonra korneadaki kusurun yeniden \u015fekillendirilmesi i\u00e7in ikinci bir lazer \u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 uygulan\u0131r. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc bir ad\u0131m olarak, cerrah hastan\u0131n korneas\u0131n\u0131n koruyucu ultra ince flebini yava\u015f\u00e7a geri katlayacakt\u0131r. LASIK i\u00e7in iyile\u015fme s\u00fcresi h\u0131zl\u0131d\u0131r ve hasta hemen normal rutin hayat\u0131na d\u00f6ner. \u0130yile\u015fme do\u011fal olarak saatler ve g\u00fcnler s\u00fcrebilir. G\u00f6zl\u00fck kullan\u0131larak iyile\u015ftirilebilen baz\u0131 \u015fa\u015f\u0131l\u0131k t\u00fcrlerinde de, lazer tedavisinden faydalan\u0131larak \u015fa\u015f\u0131l\u0131k hafifletilebilir ya da tedavi edilebilir.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lazer Tedavisi Nas\u0131l Yap\u0131l\u0131r?<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PRK-LASEK, LASIK, Intralase LASIK en \u00e7ok bilinen lazer tedavi y\u00f6ntemleridir. Korneada y\u00fczeysel tedavi sa\u011flayan PRK-LASEK y\u00f6nteminde, kornea epiteli PRK tekni\u011fiyle kald\u0131r\u0131larak alttaki stromaya LASEK tekni\u011fi uygulan\u0131r.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LASIK y\u00f6nteminde ise kornea dokusundan bir par\u00e7a b\u0131\u00e7ak arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla kald\u0131r\u0131larak kapak\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n alt\u0131nda yer alan dokuya excimer lazer uygulan\u0131r. Bu y\u00f6ntem, hipermetrop ve miyop ameliyatlar\u0131nda alt\u0131n standart olarak kabul edilip g\u00fcvenli bir \u015fekilde uygulan\u0131r.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Femto-LASIK olarak da bilinen Intralase LASIK (iLASIK) y\u00f6ntemi, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde k\u0131rma kusurlar\u0131n\u0131n lazerle tedavisi amac\u0131yla kullan\u0131labilen en geli\u015fmi\u015f ve g\u00fcvenli y\u00f6ntem olma \u00f6zelli\u011fine sahiptir. Bilgisayar kontroll\u00fc sistemlerin y\u00f6ntemininde olmak kayd\u0131yla lazerle LASIK i\u00e7in gerekli olan kesi yap\u0131l\u0131r. Ki\u015finin kornea haritas\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131yla ki\u015fi \u00f6zelinde tedavi uygulanabilir ve ki\u015finin g\u00f6zl\u00fck takma gereklili\u011fi ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131labilir.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hangi y\u00f6ntemin tercih edilece\u011fi hasta \u00f6zelinde tedavi edilmek istenen g\u00f6z kusurlar\u0131na, kusurlar\u0131n derecesine, hastan\u0131n genel sa\u011fl\u0131k durumuna, ya\u015f\u0131na ve g\u00f6z yap\u0131s\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak belirlenir. Hastan\u0131n lazer tedavisi i\u00e7in uygun oldu\u011fu karar\u0131 verilip y\u00f6ntem berlilendikten sonra g\u00fcn belirlenir. Hasta kontakt lens kullan\u0131yorsa, i\u015flemden 1 hafta \u00f6nce lens kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 sonland\u0131rmal\u0131d\u0131r.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0130\u015fleme ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce damla anestezi yap\u0131l\u0131r. Bu i\u015flemle hastan\u0131n g\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcn en d\u0131\u015f tabakas\u0131 olan kornean\u0131n uyu\u015fmas\u0131 sa\u011flan\u0131r. long time. Yasemin was my hands-on coordinator that guided me through my entire experience and ongoing communication with meditravelist. She was also available for any questions or concerns I had before I traveled to Turkey. She even greeted me once I arrived (11\/25\/22)  to my own nice apartment (which they provided for me) and continued to guide me through the rest of the time I was there. She sent me my personalized handbook of who my doctor was and my doctor\u2019s detailed medical background and experience in the field of cosmetic surgery which was extensive. I received a rhinoplasty and 360 liposuction done by Op. Dr. Feryal Yildiz Deger. I am completely happy about my surgery results. She gave me the surgery results that are exactly what I asked of and expected. The liposuction led to me having more of an hourglass figure. The entire hospital staff were kind, professional and very patient. I traveled to Turkey alone from the U.S so I was very grateful for this. I was also grateful that the hospital itself was very clean and modern. I received medical attention that most ppl in the U.S would think pertained to millionaire affordability. The hospital staff catered to my every need and came to me promptly after pressing my hospital room call button.
